Mission

My mission is to humanize data science by bringing heart, clarity, and purpose to a field too often reduced to numbers and organizational politics. I strive towards making data science an inclusive and empowering field where analysts can lead fulfilling, values-driven careers rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and impact. That means working with organizations to bring their mission and strategy to life through their data.​

 

Through analytics, data visualization, and thoughtful automation, I aim to create space for people to do their best work: work that connects rather than isolates, revealing how teams and organizations can be greater than the sum of their parts. I’m especially motivated to eliminate repetitive, joyless tasks. No one is meant to spend their days pressing the same buttons in Excel. There’s always something more valuable, creative, and human to do.​

 

Ultimately, I serve my community—and, yes, my country as idealistic and difficult as that may feel these days—by applying data science toward the advancement of stakeholder capitalism. I partner with organizations that prioritize people, equity, and long-term resilience over short-term gains, and I use my skills to help them work smarter, tell stronger stories, and achieve lasting impact.
