Values

My work is guided by three core values: Building Space, Learning and Mastery, and Making My Mark. Each one shapes how I approach people, challenges, and opportunities.

Building Space

I believe socially just service requires an active and ongoing commitment to the systems and spaces that create the world around us. It means active and empathetic listening to people from different backgrounds; amplifying the voices, work, and ideas of those driving meaningful change; and setting aside self in the process of service-based leadership. I believe that using my skills and knowledge to build space is what I owe to myself and others and there is little of value that does not have building space at its core. It’s what gives meaning to the sports we play, the art we make, and the lives we create with our loved ones.

Learning and Mastery

I believe in continuous learning as both a personal practice and a shared value. I stay curious, explore new ideas, and experiment with ways data science can serve causes that matter. I’m most energized when collaborating with others who value reflection, skill-building, and creative problem-solving.

Making My Mark

I focus on progress over perfection. My goal is to deliver thoughtful, useful solutions that help others focus on the work they care about, with greater ease, clarity, and confidence. Whether through a well-designed dashboard or a simplified process, I aim to create tools and systems that have lasting value.
